WHO WE ARE
We’re an interdisciplinary team of addiction treatment professionals, law enforcement & government officials, advocates & citizens determined to do our part in turning the tables on addiction, relapse and needless death.
The Elizabethtown Borough and Northwest Regional Police Departments have joined forces with Blueprints for Addiction Recovery, Inc. to establish resources in favor of rehabilitation over incarceration, hope over helplessness, life over death.

We support every phase of addiction treatment and recovery, from coordinating life saving detoxification services, to follow up throughout an extended transitional continuum of care.

Law enforcement officials, government stakeholders & treatment and recovery experts combine resources and passion in support of life-saving and life-changing addiction treatment services.
Ongoing support, monitoring, and service delivery well into long-term recovery.
Second Chance program representatives keep you plugged into your community and your recovery. Regular follows ups and ancillary services support your transition into long-term wellness.
There are a number of Gateways into the Second Chance Program. Utilize any standard means of entry to receive the full benefits of community support in your recovery.
